To ensure peace of mind for our properties, we rely on the best units in the market. And since there were none made specifically for vacation home owners, well, we developed our own. The COSO system units are the pillars supporting our mission:

Coso Five is the Environmental Monitor that, depending on the configuration, tells us the Temperature, Humidity, Light level, Gas level, Water level, and other options, logging the status every few minutes, and alerting us if anything is out of the parameters we configured.

Coso Seven is our time-lapse camera, that allows remote monitoring by live streaming at any time, and snapshot logging every few minutes.

Our base system allows monitoring the folloing:

Temperature

Humidity

Light level

Gas and Carbon Monoxide levels

The system is also reachable to power up 1 output (max 500 W) from remote.

With Coso 7, we also get a snapshot from the camera every 30 minutes (configurable), and we can reach it anytime for live streaming, if the internet connection is fast enough.
